There are three traditional meals a day in Malta, just as in Europe and the United States.
There are also some pretty specatacular celebratory meals in Malta.
The Fenkata is a feast of rabbit, marinated for 12 hours in bay leaves and wine. It’s usually accompanied by fresh pasta.
There are plenty of nice pasta dishes and salads to be found for lunch, and many hotels in Malta serve continental breakfasts with nice pastries and cereals with fresh juice.
Dinner in Malta can be quite elaborate as is the Mediterranean traditional, with many courses including pasta, meat, salad, soup, and fine desserts of Malta.
